About Dr. Rohith. M

           Dr. Rohith is a certified surgical gastroenterologist with a special focus on hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery, minimally invasive gastrointestinal procedures, and advanced therapeutic endoscopy. With extensive training and hands-on experience in high-volume centers, he combines surgical precision with patient-centered care to deliver optimal outcomes.

           Dr. Rohith has a strong interest in laparoscopic management of complex abdominal diseases, including laparoscopic liver resections, pancreatic surgeries, and gastrointestinal cancer procedures. His skillset also includes a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, polypectomy, banding, and stricture dilatation.

            Dr. Rohith. M has over 8 years of clinical and surgical experience, specializing in complex gastrointestinal and hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) procedures. He completed his MBBS from the esteemed Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, followed by an MS in General Surgery from Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences.

            His pursuit of excellence led him to earn an MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology from the prestigious Madras Medical College, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for securing the highest marks under The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. To further enhance his expertise, he also pursued a DrNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, securing another Gold Medal for academic distinction. He also completed Fellowship in Minimal access surgery.

             With a strong academic foundation and extensive surgical training, he is committed to providing advanced, evidence-based care in gastrointestinal surgery, with a particular focus on minimally invasive, advanced endoscopy and HPB surgery including Liver Transplantation.
